“Circle T” appreciates the interest you have shown in working for our convenient stores. Our customers are the number one priority of our business. Our company takes pride in the high quality of the stores we own, the excellent service that our employees provide our customers, and the cleanliness of our facilities. We expect to maintain stores that are the best in our industry. People, we hire, have to do many different tasks promptly to ensure that our customers will want to return to our stores. The following is a list of some of the expectations we expect from each of our employees (Each store will have additional duties as assigned):


●Each customer should be greeted upon entrance of the convenient store.

●Employees should be able to operate a cash register and make change correctly.

●Counters and shelves should be kept clean at all times.

●Tanks should be gauged to determine gasoline inventory.

●All outside equipment should be properly maintained.

●Each employee will be required to work in the walk-in coolers for stocking and cleaning purposes.

●Each employee will assist in the control of shortages in areas of merchandise, gasoline, and cash.

●Employees should assist customers as they search for items in the store.

●Employees should assist with daily cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and other duties as assigned.

●Each employee must ensure a safe working environment by following all company procedures.

●Each employee will be required to sell alcoholic beverages and follow procedures for refusal to sell to customers during restricted hours or to those who are intoxicated or under age.

●Parking lots should be kept clean at all times.

●Employees will be required to stock and lift cases of beverages and petroleum products, which can weigh as much as 40 pounds.

●In certain stores, employees will be preparing food for customers.

●Employees will be expected to complete paperwork from their shifts.

●Employees may be asked to work other shifts other than regular schedule.

●Other jobs will be assigned as needed.
